Accommodation

The Secretariat has secured en-suite student accommodation in the University Halls of Residence at Brunel University Campus in the Bishops Lacy, St. Margaret’s and Lancaster blocks. Rooms in Bishops Lacy and St. Margarets are for sole occupancy only and are £50.00 per night including VAT and breakfast. Rooms in the Lancaster are for single or twin/double occupancy. Single rooms are £48.00 and twin/double rooms are £56.00 including VAT and breakfast. Please note that there are only a very limited number of rooms in the Lancaster block so if you require double occupancy you are advised to register and book your accommodation early.

ACCOMMODATION AND PAYMENT
Accommodation has to be booked and paid for at the time of registration. A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you on receipt of the Registration/Accommodation Form and the relevant payment. Subsequent changes to accommodation requirements should be directed to the Conference Secretariat, not the University.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Payment for accommodation will be refunded in full if the Secretariat can re-sell the bedroom, provided that written notice of cancellation is received. Named substitutions will be permitted at any time. Payment of any refunds due will be made by the Secretariat after the conference.
